User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Login credentials must be kept confidential at all times.
• Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.
• Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

Trip Management

• Supervisors are responsible for creating, assigning, and managing trips.
• Drivers must follow assigned trips, routes, and schedules.
• OTP verification is mandatory before starting any employee trip.
• Trip start and end details recorded by the system will be considered final.

Safety & User Conduct

• All users must follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Drivers must comply with traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Misuse of the platform, unsafe behavior, or violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

Data Usage & Privacy

ShreejiLink Corporate collects and uses data only to operate the ETS platform, ensure safety, and improve service quality. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

ShreejiLink Corporate shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from:

• Network or system failures
• Incorrect information provided by users
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if there is:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the platform
• Non-compliance with safety or legal requirements

Changes to Terms
